    You guys are very generous with the time you spend on these podcasts, especially this one covering pricing. Your words of experience really hit home. Actually, some of your insight became scarier as I listened. Business is nothing to be timid about. A straight forward approach like you guys have is crucial to success and we (welders) never have to be ashamed to stand up for our pricing. It seems many customers don't have a problem with talking us down to get a cheaper price so we need to stand up for what we charge. We need to always ask if they want the job done right or cheap, we can supply a price for each.
    This was a good podcast - even though My listening was a bit delayed....
