Hey Everyone!  Just a heads up that we'll be back next week with our looking back over 2021!  We enjoyed our time off and took an extra week with New Years and all but looking forward to getting back to it for 2022!

If you're looking for something to listen to be sure to head over to the ArcJunkies Podcast and give this week's episode (206) a listen.  Jason had a really good conversation with Mike Miller about a dark part of our industry and blue collar workers in general.  Drunks and Alcohol can be a really big problem for some of us and we wanted to make sure that everyone hears this.  This episode is not family friendly but well worth a listen.  If you're new to the trade you really want to listen to this one!
