Thank you for listening to episode 120 of the Welding Tips and Tricks Podcast!  Have you ever heard of the saying All things that glitter are not Gold?  Well we thought it would be an fun topic to apply this to running a business.  Some jobs and customers are not what they seem to be and when is it a good time to wash your hands of them to concentrate on another job or customer that is Gold.  We hope you can come away from this episode with a few tips that might help you take a second look at your company and see what changes might need to happen.  Have a great week!

Thank you for listening to episode 119 of the Welding Tips and Tricks Podcast!  For this episode we thought it would be fun to talk about setting up a Rig.  We asked Nick Bezates to join in to give his point of view on this and some of the do's and don'ts he's learned over the years.  If you're thinking of starting a Rig you'll really want to pay close attention to this one!  Lots of great information to set you on the right path!  Have a great week!  Enjoy!
